If you've recently had treatment, we may ask you to settle any outstanding amounts for treatments received at the discounted rate. We'll provide a clear breakdown of any amounts due.

We're confident you'll love being part of our practice plan, but we understand that circumstances change and we make the cancellation process straightforward.

To ensure our practice plans remain sustainable and fair for all members, we have a few simple terms:

  • Previous Examination: New members must have had a dental examination at our practice within the last 12 months.
  • Pre-existing Conditions: Treatment discounts do not apply to conditions diagnosed before joining the plan. The 10% discount applies only to new treatment needs identified after your plan start date.
  • Benefits Activation: Plan benefits (including free examinations/hygiene appointments and discounts) become available after completing 6 months of continuous membership (For plan 1 it is 12 months of continous membership)
  • Continuous Membership: To maintain your benefits, monthly payments must be kept current without interruption.
