Greeted by Lou with warmth and friendly conversation in the waiting room, I was then guided upstairs for my appointment by Danielle. She was super attentive and checked in on how I was feeling beforehand and throughout the treatment. Ismail was fantastic. Keeping in check with comfortability and making adjustments to suit. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided so helpful tips for my personal dental care.

I received absolutely outstanding service here. Everyone was incredibly friendly and genuinely went out of their way to help me. They provided both a short-term plan to get me back on track quickly, and a longer-term plan for the more extensive work I'll need later on.
The nurses were amazing — they contacted me beforehand to explain everything (which meant a lot as I have severe dental anxiety), and they even called again in the afternoon after my appointment to check how I was doing. Their care and kindness made such a huge difference.
The dentist was equally fantastic. He came in early on a Friday morning to fit me in, and helped get me back on my feet in no time. My new-patient appointment was Thursday morning, and by Friday afternoon all the essential repairs were done so I could continue with my day without worry.
I can't recommend this practice enough. They are caring, friendly, honest about costs, and incredibly understanding — especially if you're a nervous patient.

“My experience at Bourne Dental has been incredible. My past experiences with dentists has not been that good but Dr. Ismail Qazi and his staff have restored my faith completely. He performed a root canal on one of my back teeth which many dentists are not able to do, the whole procedure was flawless. I had no pain whatsoever. I have been back and had more fillings, incredible work and no pain.
I really appreciate the detail Dr. Ismail Qazi goes to when finishing the fillings by shaping like the original tooth.

“Going to the dentist can feel clinical and intimidating but not here, it feels like a cosy, homely sanctuary with calming decor and a welcoming feel throughout.
The staff are wonderful and have been amazing with my two young children (3 and 6). My youngest is always nervous to try new things but they made him feel very comfortable and made the experience enjoyable for both of my children. I never expected my 3 year old would allow anyone near his mouth but he did thanks to their attentive efforts.
I would never consider anywhere else as my dentist and would highly recommend Bourne Dental, Ismail and the rest of the team to anyone but especially those who want a calm environment (nervous patients or children) and a genuinely caring team.”
